Famous for its white truffles and rich pastas, the Piemonte is a culinary paradise with more than 40 Michelin starred restaurants. Typical Piemontese dishes include agnolotti (ravioli stuffed with roast beef), tajarin (very thin egg pasta often served with truffle), vitello tonnato (veal with tuna) and bagna cauda (a garlic and anchovy sauce as dressing for different vegetables).
