International Alba White Truffle Fair

The International Alba White Truffle Fair combines high-level food and wine with important cultural and musical events.

The Alba White Truffle Fair began in 1929 as a "Fair sample exhibition with prizes of the renowned truffles of the Langhe", included in the celebrations of the Harvest Festival. Today, now known as the "International White Truffle Fair of Alba", its an ideal place to appreciate and buy truffles from the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero areas.

The International Alba White Truffle Fair is a unique chance to discover Alba’s millenary culture through folklore events and historical re-enactments that involve and entertain visitors in a carousel of colours, flags, music and popular games.

Each Fair weekend at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m, the cooking shows will allow you to discover the secrets of top national and international chefs who, for the occasion, put their flair to work on bespoke dishes created for the white gold of the Langhe.
