Reservations can be made online through our official website, official booking sites, by email, or by phone.

These terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly with our guesthouse. For bookings made via third party websites, please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective booking site.

All our rates, promotions and discounts are subject to availability and may change without any notice.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Upon reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card.

Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.

The remaining balance, if any, including additional services, will be payable upon check-out.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

All prices are inclusive of breakfast and applicable taxes.

All rooms and junior suite are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults with the bed configuration provided as listed (queen/king). Twin/single beds can be requested for each room or suite.

Pets are welcome at our guesthouse. However, please inform us at the time of booking as certain rules and restrictions apply. An additional cleaning fee may apply.

In order to maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days before arrival will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit.

In case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Any refunds due will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 working days.

In the event of a shortened stay, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Special rates and non-refundable offers will be charged 100% at the time of booking and no refunds can be made.

We recommend that all our guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.

Check-In/Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check- in that will be scanned for our records.

No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the building. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. A cleaning fee of €250 will be charged for any room where smoking has taken place and guests are liable for any damage to their room from smoking.

Pets: While we do allow pets, they must be well-behaved and kept under control at all times. They are not allowed in the pool area and must not be left unattended in the rooms.

Age Restrictions: In order to maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: To respect all guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please refrain from making loud noises during this time.

Communal Spaces: Please respect all guests and keep communal areas clean and tidy. After using any communal spaces, such as the lounge, kitchen, or garden, please clean up after yourself.

WI-FI: Complimentary WI-FI is available to all guests.

Swimming Pool: The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty, so use of the pool is at your own risk. No running, diving, or rough play in the pool area is permitted. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Please shower before entering the pool.

Safety: For your safety, do not leave doors or windows open when you leave your room.

Damage: Any damage to the room or property may be charged to the guest responsible. This includes any extra cleaning required.

Mealtimes: Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM in the lounge or on the terrace. Light lunches and meals can be provided upon request during your stay. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, dinner can be provided upon request.

Respect for Property and Staff: We ask that all guests treat our property and staff with respect. Abusive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the property.
Please note that failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your reservation without a refund.
